The trailers have a "junction box" on the frame crossmember behind the tub. You can see a description here. There may need to be more questions on whether or not the 400 is wired the same way, however.
There are bus bars in the camper, which are pictured here. (The thread is about grounding wires, but lots of photos of wiring, etc.) I hope this is what you are looking for!
If you are referring to physical framing of the TaB400 body, it is built on an aluminum frame that goes from the front, around the top to create the curve and down the back, with a frame against the floor connecting the two ends in the bottom. There is cross frame studs on the back and front, above and below the windows and along the side of the back between the widow side frame and ens frame.
The sides only have a stud frame on the sides of the main door, and around the window cutouts? The sides are comprised of a structural Azdel composite panel, without any additional framing in the sides. Cheers

If you are asking around 12 VDC Grounding. This D R A F T diagram might help.
If you are asking about Wall Studs. Assuming the 400 walls are the same construction as 320 walls. This 320 wall diagram (based on nuCamp drawings) shows how most Framing is Limited to the outer edge.
