The 1500 GoalZero has a 140AH battery and a 2,000 watt inverter built in.  On an older 2011 TaB, this would AC inverter capacity.  Trying to integrate it into the TaB’s electrical system is a bigger project than the gain would be.  Just use the Yetti as an auxiliary battery system, and use the Inverter to run your AC, or plugging the AC, or other appliances directly into the Yeti.   I would keep the original electrical system to run lights, emergency braking whilst towing, and to with shore power.

There is a way to connect rhenYeti’s AC inverter output to your power center to run the trailer’s AC outlets whilst not connected to Shore Power, but this would require a qualified electrician familiar with generator installations to do.
    cheers

@jameshschultz2 - so is your TaB one of the last Dutchmen or one of the first built by Pleasant Valley Trailer?

SAM---this was one of the last Dutchmen made T@Bs and we had terrible trim problems and have stripped out most of the things that were originally in the unit, the heater, the sink, stove, water system, ---the dutchmen mentality did not work in a small European concept.
