Have an attorney send a demand letter. Include a copy of the paperwork (I assume that you have it) from when it was previously repaired incorrectly and give them a 10-day window to respond.

The floor replacement repair recall due to the Greencore underpayment was only on Nov/Dec 2018 and January 2018 built TaBs, which used Greencore for the top layer under the Infinity flooring, which became unglued from the Greencore underlayment. The repair Is only done on the exposed floor area between the cabinets and wardrobe/washroom wall and in the dinette area, where the Greencore top layer is cutout and replaced with a new moisturizer barrier and an Azdel panel under a new piece of Infinity flooring This is not really a structural issue, but more of a cosmetic issue of the Infinity flooring not adhering to the Greencore subfloor. A Jan 2020 TaB400 should have a Greencore bottom layer, foam, moisture barrier ad an Azdel top composite floor, with the Lino bonded to the Azdel.
Not sure what was going on with your Jan2020 build, and repair, but I would take photos of the bad repair done by dealer, send them to nüCamp and give them the dealer info, also, send it to the dealer, when the new owner bought the dealership, he bought all the previous work and issues, saying it was not in his watch does not let him off the hook to insure the floor replacement/repair wasn’t done correctly. They were laid by nüCamp to properly repair the floor.
This is what the repairs floor should look like on a 2018 TaB 400 recall:
As you can see, the new floor repair stops at the rear bunk. The original Infinity flooring also stoped here, and only the Greencore/Azdel composite panels are under the bunk, which has a plywood false floor in it for the storage areas on the 2018/2019 models. Cheers
