Yes, you hit it. The diameter does matter. Go to a 3/8" ID x 1/2" OD tubing and it will work fine.

I just found this and it worked like a charm. Too bad I hadn't seen it when I tried to sanitize and the pump wasn't working. I took it back to the dealer. They had my T@B for a month explaining they were having some issues getting NuCamp to authorize replacing the pump (no wonder). They say they replaced the pump, but when I went to winterize, the problem was still there. Reversing the intake filter cleared the problem and the pump worked like a breeze.2023 T@B 320-S Boondock; 2025 Toyota Tacoma SR0
