2017 320 CS-S leaking fresh water drain valve?

Noticed this summer 2022 but barely camped due to other travels.  Prepping for a stretch in southern New Mexico with friends.

Poured a gallon of fresh water in potable water tank; watched as some came out open valve, then closed valve.  Now seeping out behind valve - wiggling valve assembly neither increases or decreases drip.  Also a drip has started directly behind passenger wheel, a few inches behind this drain valve.

Experienced RV pal thinks fresh water tank probably OK, but drain tube (blue PEX) and/or drain valve needs work.

Anyone been down this particular plumbing road?  We are experienced dry tent campers, so have plenty of water containers and a half ton RAM tow vehicle, just unfamiliar with onboard water storage issues in T@B world.

(Bought Ruby used in 2021, was apparently a dealer rental before previous owner bought it before selling it to us.  Had to replace the trailer brake controller fall of 2021 - handy on southern Colorado highways! - but otherwise pretty good shape.)

@mmneil72 - Here is a photo of ScottGs 2015 S.  Your 2017 CSS drain system should be set up the same except the pex to the pump comes off pointing to the rear location of the pump.  Easy enough to pop off the cover and take a look.

Thanks Sharon!  Will tackle this after our trip this week, in case it turns out to be a real cluster.  (Won't be camping again until mid May.)  Any handy links RE dropping the tank cover/belly pan?
