I made a new top for our Lagun table and had this nice light weight piece of counter top left over. We use our kitchen extensively and more prep area is always appreciated. This was quite simple to add a ~10 inch piece of aluminum table support to the edge of the table top and counter. Then I salvaged the threaded sleeve off a disposable mop head and created a threaded insert in the bottom of the table. Four little rubber feet make it set flat and secure on any surface when not in peninsula duty. I used an adjustable handle from a car wash mop for the leg.
It provides a solid, stable work surface next to the sink and does not interfere with the cabinet door beneath. The very lightweight top and leg are easily stored in the galley when hot being used.
Have Fun!!!

I altered the "cooler garage" area of the UT. The fridge is inside.
Your signature line says '0 nights out' - yet the modifications pour fourth . . .

Twelve plus years with SUNT@B resulted in a very personalized CS. Many of those details are expectations now so the modification list is well established. Six months of UT ownership outside our camping season provided lots of time to work through that list.
Next week the "nights out" count will start to tick up...
