Lathes for Tab 320CS fell off

Hi all, Not sure if this goes here. I had my camper out for its second trip. When I packed up yesterday to drive home, I saw that the latches that go on the inside rod to secure the hatch door had fallen off. I'm sure at least one was there when I left home.  So, the result is that I can lock the hatch, but it can be lifted up anyway because the inside catch mechanism is missing.  Luckily, I had a bike lock and chain and secured the hatch for the drive home.  
I called the dealer and they don't seem to have that part and I have a big trip in a week.  Has anyone solved this in a creative way without a Nucamp part. It looks tricky because the rod is four-sided.

Those latches are widely used on pick-up truck caps.  Maybe a local shop that sells/makes them can help...

Oh, this brings back memories!  It’s called a cam.  Search for T handle door lock cam or straight cam lock.

And when you get them secure the set screws with some Locktite.
