help with finding an independent insurance adjuster in Denver area?

Hello--I had hail damage on my Tab 320S yesterday, along with my truck and possibly roof damage.  Upon calling my insurance agent, he informed me that I would need to find an RV repair shop/dealer to get an estimate because my insurance agency do not have any "inspectors" that go out and do estimates on RVs?  Also that it will be some time before any auto body shop will have appts available (of course)  I told him that around my area in Denver, if you did not purchase your RV from a dealer that sells Nucamp (which are very few in the Denver area) they won't even talk to you).   I purchased from a private party.  My question is--any information or suggestions on how I go about getting a RV "inspector" to even get an estimate that has knowledge about what costs would be involved?  The entire roof line from front to back is dented so it has now lost value.   I am kind of annoyed with my agent needless to say and will be getting back with him for some more assistance, because I don't even know where to start--I thought customer service is part of what I'm paying all this insurance for (snarkasm).

Possibly send pictures to nuCamp for an estimate? They did a lot of hail damage repair after last years uCamp.

My insurance accepted an estimate from NuCamp - no questions asked.  They have a pretty standard process replacing the entire roof skin.
There is a thread from last summer...

Email help@nucamprv.com.  They should be able to locate a dealer that can help with damage assessment.

Try again.  They are getting ready for their annual rally next week and may be very busy.

I agree with Sharon_is_SAM.  The UCamp Rally is a very busy time for all of NuCamp.  Especially the Service group.  Send your request for quote directly to them.
    service@nucamprv.com
It did take a couple weeks to get a formal quote last summer.  They also copied my insurance adjuster.  Then they answered a follow up call from the adjuster after which I was paid based on their entire estimate as written.  They were very supportive.

Thank you---I was told I would have to take the trailer to them--pictures would not work.
I will ask my service tech if he sent his request for prices on parts/materials to the service@nucamprv.com e-mail address.

Independent of the amount of damage, the only repair method is complete replacement of the roof skin.  The process has been done there hundreds of times because of last years hail storm in Sugarcreek.  Other than additional damage like windows and trim, the process and cost is identical for each trailer model.
A local adjuster was sent by our insurance company to look at our trailer.  NuCamps estimate arrived and then the settlement offer was adjusted up to include the details and costs left off the first estimate.  NuCamp did not even ask for pictures.

well--I wish I could have received that same information from them as you did--as I said--they would not give any estimate even with pictures--said I had to take it to them.  I am going to send another e-mail tomorrow stating what you said about regardless of pictures--replacing the entire roof front to back they should be able to supply me with costs in addition to the cost for plastic trim pieces that were busted.

You need a Scope of Work before pricing damages.  I'm guessing here...
    Might include:
    Remove user contents.
Protect floors, cabinets, exterior walls during work
Test and document all existing systems before repair access.
Inspect windows for hail damage or scratching.
Inspect exposed wiring for hail or water damage
    remove fan and lighting
Remove interior trim mating to roof?
    Remove exterior roof trim
Remove taillights, rack, fixtures penetrating roof
    Remove roof assembly
Will the wallpaper be damaged during roof replacement?
    Replace roof assembly
    Recaulk to factory spec
Perform leak testing!  No way a rehab job can match new factory conditions.  You need this test.
    Replace exterior trim and clips
Reset or replace fan- will insurer guarantee existing fan not affected by hail?
Inspect and reset or replace taillights
    Reset rack or replace
    Reset logos etc or replace
Retest all TAB systems... you never know.
    Wash and wax.
Will new roof be prepainted to OEM match?

    Economic Damages:
    Actual repair costs
    Mileage, transport and storage costs
    Loss Of Use
    Depreciation

Never accept insurer or factory estimate without obtaining your own.
