Fuse panel location-alde heater not working

I have a 2015 Tab320cs, the Alde’s 3010 control panel’s indicator red light is out, this is a new camper to me and have not operated the furnace, it doesn’t seem to light w propane or electrical. I located the heater component under the seat and those two fuses seem to be intact, where is my fuse box? Any other tips to get this furnace and hot water heater operable? Tyia

The power center is behind a brown plastic door on the driver side bench.  Just press it in and it should open.  Are you plugged in or on battery?

If the panel is working, there is no issue with the fuses.  The "Fixed Red Light" is an error message of some sort.  To clear the error and start over, you need to unplug the trailer from shore power, and turn off the battery switch, if you have one.
This thread has suggestions for running the Alde Manual panel.  There is a photo of the panel from the Alde Manual.  Find the description of the "Fixed Red Light" under paragraph "G".
There are many suggestions in that thread on running the Alde.
If you do not have a battery switch, another way to clear the "Red Light" error is to remove the 12V power from the Control panel.  This thread has a photo of the cable between the two Alde fuses that effectively resets the panel and should clear the error.
If you have pulled the two fuses and still have the error, try this cable and see if that clears the error and allows you start up the Alde.
There can be several different errors that come up.  Low battery state can cause errors.  "Gas Failures" when propane is not being delivered properly, etc.
Tell us if you are trying to run on propane, or just electric.  Take pictures of the control panel so we can check things.  If this is the first time running the Alde, or it has not been used in quite a long time, it may take a bit of troubleshooting to get things started.

    Welcome, Janie.
IIRC, the red light on the analog panel is to indicate low battery power. If yours is not illuminated, that's a good thing.
If you read the old discussion posted above by @pthomas745, you know the analog control panel that was standard equipment in 2015 gave many users fits. Please send those photos of your control panel when the Alde is "not working" on propane or electric.
