We have had a discoloration of the wood near the floor under the refrigerator and microwave in the hatch back of our 320 boondock CS. I have sealed everything from the rear, only to find now the black seal material they used on the electrical outlet on the rear outside panel is a foam material. The outlet was filled with rainwater and leaking into the cabinet behind the refrigerator.
The more I'm reading complains on this forum, the more I'm terrified about low-quality of our tabs :(
When I paid for a brand new tab, I expected to receive something great. Based on my own fixes/improvements/changes, and similar things of other people I could buy something cheaper, and still spend similar amount of money to "fix" things.

I have a 2019 - which many say was the last good year - though T@B still stands above the the crowd - it meets the market pricing by cutting costs in this time of inflation. However, to get a better trailer one has to go to companies like MDC and BRS for a lot more cash

@Sharon_is_SAM and @Bill&Suze, I did wonder if the outlet depicted in the photo posted by @kenbac might be connected to a GFCI outlet inside the trailer, which is why I am curious about the model year of their T@B. My 2019 320 S Boondock Lite has a GFCI outlet inside the trailer below the seating area - - it protects the kitchen area. However, there is a separate GFCI on the exterior in the same general area of the outlet on @kenbac's trailer.
I have included below a photo of my exterior outlet, which is the same as I have seen included with other posts dealing with the exterior GFCI. Maybe someone else will chime in about having an interior GFCI that also protects the exterior outlet. It would not surprise me that a clamshell model has a GFCI in the rear/exterior kitchen area which would also protect the passenger side outlet.

that's good - if it still leaks you might want to get thicker gasket material from an auto parts store and use the old gasket as a template
