Victron app 'aH Consumed' only ever shows ZERO

2020 T@b400 Boondock w/BMV-712 + smart shunt, replaced the AGM cells recently with LiTime 230aH, though that fact doesn't work into this 'issue'.
Using the Victron app, it never shows any amp hours consumed, even when boondocking for days. Is this a wiring or software configuration error? Seems to me if we are using power while off-grid, the smart shunt/712 is supposed to be able to track what we've used. FWIW, the BMV-712 and shunt were installed by the factory prior to taking delivery.
Thanks for any info!

Does the Shunt and the Solar controller information match up? Are the other items like voltage/current showing values?Have you looked closely at your settings for the new 230 amp hour lithiums? Is the shunt and the solar controller properly configured for lithium charging, and for the shunt, the correct amp hours, etc? Here is a Battleborn page that shows how to set up the solar controller for lithium charging. Just use your LiTime brochure for the proper numbers to plug in.Here is the Battleborn page for the proper configuration for the Shunt.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the "Consumed Ah" is a running total. It's the amount below your capacity that you're currently at. It's the amount consumed relative to what is available. If you're adding power back (solar, shore power ...) that number will slowly be reduced.
edit to add that if your solar is keeping up with your usage, the consumed Ah will remain at zero. -
@AnOldUR is correct. On the history tab there is a cumulative Ah drawn.

Yes but if he's boondocking, after dark (when there's no source to resupply power) there should be some sort of number of aH consumed and that number should gradually get smaller as the sun comes up and replenishes the battery.AnOldUR said:Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the "Consumed Ah" is a running total. The BMV-712/Smart Shunt (do you really have both? that makes no sense as they both perform the same function. Maybe you mean that you have the display and the shunt for the BMV-712?) must be reconfigured when you switch battery types so it can properly measure the power consumed. It's not going to give you correct data if not configured for a lithium battery of the correct size. Also, you may need to re-synchronize the SOC to 100% only when you are absolutely sure that the battery is fully charged in order to get correct information. The Victron default setting is to set SOC at 100% when you connect a battery to it.San Francisco Bay Area

Yes, I agree with Marceline. You need to fully charge then sync. We recently changed to a lithium battery and until we were able to fully charge, we could only track voltage on our BMV.Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio

What app are you looking at "aH Consumed"? If it is the solar controller, the "load" output is rarely used and will always show zero.
