My favorite 2015 T@b pic

It's time to post your favorite (out of many I am sure) 2015 T@b pic!  I started a similar discussion this time last year and a lot of great pictures were posted!  My favorite 2015 pic is not a picture taken at a beautiful campsite, or a scenic Northwest AR location, instead it's a picture of all my toys waiting patiently on campus to go home after one of many wonderful weekends spent camping.  After "half" retiring in 2014, and now only teaching part time, I am able to head out early on Fridays and not come back to reality until Monday morning when I drive straight to campus just in time for class.   I park in the overflow parking lot and draw lots of attention.  :)

RZRBUG- didn't take the shortcut over Black Bear Pass to Telluride?  Just joking, my wife and I didn't drive it, put we took an off road tour over it.  Ouray to Black Bear Pass to Telluride to Imogene Pass to Ouray.  Beautiful country!

Not a fabulous photo, but a beautiful sight to me - Brought home my brand new t@b the day before Thanksgiving.  Bella sitting in my driveway in dreary drizzle.
Much to be thankful for.  Beautiful ending to 2015 with 3 short trips in December, 8 nights and no worries about rain or chill putting a damper on camping plans.

Final stretch through Glamis, bringing PlaT@Bus home to CA from AZ after three nights bonding on the Colorado River. 103 degree average daily.  I remember being so happy that the AC could keep up!

Hey - I like this thread. We are moving to Texas shortly so I will be missing the AZ crowd meet up on the west side of PHX, and am really sad to miss that one. But we loved our T@b camping around the desert southwest last summer and as Lagrima said - so happy that the AC could keep up. I'm posting this picture because we probably won't drive all the way out to the southern California coast with the T@b again in the foreseeable future. It was so beautiful.

We can't wait to camp in Texas though - all of you have sounded like you're having great fun. See y'all soon!

I've seen one other T@B out there each time I've camped so far.  Entire enclaves of Casitas, but they're manufactured here.  Secret's out, more and more T@B's heading to Texas.  C'mon down the winter camping is fine!

I had a TX park pass in the early 90s (during post-doc and PopUp camper days). Loved Dinosaur State Park, The Big Thicket, Big Bend and its wonderful window trail hike (complete with story about horrid hail storm and the first time I lit a coleman lantern, lol). So may places to go to!! I was involved in NORBA (could be called something else now) - mountain biking competitions. I ran the PA because small generators were rare in the early 90s. I have a lot of good memories from TX and OK-TX borders.

    Safe travels!!

One of our favorite times in our T@B last summer was a family trip to Door County, Wisconsin for a week of camping, biking, and kayaking - definitely a memory-maker!   Here we all are just off the Badger, the ferry across Lake Michigan from Ludington, Michigan to Manitowoc, Wisconsin.

Definitely no shortage of toys!  The Badger is a fun ride.  The sea caves in Wisconsin on lake Superior is another place to explore

We've done several multi-day kayaking trips in the Apostle Islands and have enjoyed the sea caves.

Very cool, rode the SS Badger many years ago.  Took the red eye, leaving Ludington around midnight.  It is very dark in the middle of that lake, and I think some of the clearest, most amazing skys I had ever seen.  Expensive, but beats driving through Chicago.

And just to satisfy PXL, a very bad photo from ten years ago:

This was one of my favorites, I don't know why, maybe because she was actually clean, at Tearstock before I set up.

Very true, but a tripod would have helped in that case as well

These pictures are GREAT!!!!  I so enjoyed looking at them.  It makes me want to take pictures more of my T@B and travels.  That is going to be my goal this year.  Thanks for making me smile.  :):)
