Since every inch of space is precious in our T@Bs I managed to squeeze a little more from under the sink. It may not look like much, but it made the space a lot more useable. It required two 60 degree 1 1/2 abs pipe fittings. First picture is after. Second picture is after. The plastic bin would not fit before.

Can't do this one as my water heater is in the way, but this is a nice, simple change that opens up some space.

States the T@Bpole has camped, so far ;)

Nice mod. I worked around it by stacking my frying pans so the dip dips into the center of the pans.

Looks good! Did you cut the down pipe (highly technical plumbing term :) ) Or did you slide the P trap upwards to fit the new drain path?

I cut the tail piece shorter to raise the "P" trap. Then I cut and left about a 1/2" at the "T" on the vent/drain pipe. I also rotated the the "P" to the back.

Interesting and does not look to difficult to do. Any concerns about draining OK? I am no plumbing expert.

It's all about gravity. Mainly I raised "P" trap for more clearance under it and rotated it to the back of the cabinet.
