Check Your Television Attachment

When we were traveling back across the country to Florida after Tabazona we opened the camper door to find the television on the floor.  I had never checked the connection at the top of the swivel that holds the television to the wall but the bolt had worked loose and dropped the television to the floor.  Some of the connections are broken or stripped but the screen appears to be okay.  we have not tried to hook it back up yet.  I now know to check that periodically!

    The bolt that holds our television to the bracket worked loose too. Fortunately the strap that holds the television in place while traveling kept it from falling.  I've since replaced the bracket.  Couldn't ever get the factory installed one to not work itself loose.

    I  was thinking of replacing the bracket.  What did you replace it with?

    Mine seems weak to me, when I tilt it and I have also thought about replacing it.

    Ours always flopped around a bit, I thought more than it should. I found that tightening the pivot screw fixed it. 
    It's seemed way more solid now.
