I searched for "tool kits" "tool sets" " tools" but did not find a summarized list. I'm new and and looking to put a kit together. I have made a starter list from reading the posts but would appreciate input from the collective experience from the group. I hate those "if I only had a _______ (fill in blank) moments, especially if I'm miles away from the stores
Also, Should tools be SAE or metric or both? (even built in USA can use metric)
Here's some notes I have made so far...
* R1, R2, R3 bits plus phillips, slotted and driver
* breaker bar and 3/4" deep socket plus socket for spare
* blade fuses, glass fuses (see fuse list for newbies)
* duct tape, electrical tape
* cordless drill and socket for raising stabilizers if desired
* multi tester
* spare batteries as needed (AA, AAA, etc)
* flashlight/headlamp
* WD-40
Thanks!
