@Alan if you locate a visor or awning for the 400, please advise. I contacted Teardrop shop last weekend and they said there are currently none available.
I just added the contact information for Paha Que to the Contact category. I've always had good luck asking questions of them. They are located in California, so be mindful of the time differences (except for those on the West Coast).

http://www.isabella.net/int/special-models What Isabella calls an awning is what we call a tent. Their "awning" is called a sun canopy. These are very sturdy units with substantial poles and cross braces. I am not sure how well they fit US T@Bs. A UK caravan site I found mentioned "fits UK/EU model T@B only".

So for those that have the 400, how long is the track for making a keel if that was what it is,connect to a shade shelter of my own choosing until one of these companies gets a clue. Good luck with Paha que. I have tried calling many times and no one answers and leaving a message doesn't get me a call back.
Waiting for my 400 to get started being built. Does the new big battery have to come out for winterizing ? For those that have a 400, how is the battery charge lasting? And do you have the rooftop solar.
Drewcarrie-I have not boondocked yet, so I can't say how long our battery lasts. However, our replacement 400 will have two batteries, which will provide 350 amp hours total. With regards to the rooftop solar, I was advised by nuCamp to NOT get that option because of the inability to position the panels properly to maximize solar absorption.

I got my 400 in May... I decided to try the XL visor. Works perfect. Only issue is door does rub the visor when you open it all the way. The 400 does has Keder rails on both sides. It is a most wonderful camper. Been in it more than my house since I got her!
@knoxville1915 If you want to save $200 or so the Teardropshop.com has a Walker awning for $1,795. If you buy out of country be sure to check the size of the rope portion that slides through the keder rail. I remember reading somewhere that they use a smaller rope which means that it will pull right out of the US T@B rail. European RV'rs in general have some very cool options!

nüCamp will not be offering PahaQue products. My guess would be that the Teardrop Shop has an agreement with them. The last time I checked, you cannot order directly from PahaQue, unless they are having an overstock or scratch and dent sale and they post it on FB. It's nice to follow their FB page and to be signed up for their email alerts.
