The V6 does not carry the Hemi name. Do you mean the V8?
Either way, the Grand Cherokee is more than capable of towing a T@b comfortably. Enough power (even from the V6) to tow into head winds and up grades, and enough size and mass to not got tossed around by the T@b.

Can't beat the hemi in my opinion unless you vo diesel. Just traded my Frontier with 4.0 V6 for a Ram Quad cab with the 5.7 hemi and 8 speed tranny with tow package. Still breaking the truck i n and getting identical mileage to the Frontier. Mainly traded for the cargo space. The Fro tier pulled the T@b 400 easily.

We have a Jeep GC Trailhawk V6. Driving and pulling the T@B has been a dream. Agree with @rkj__ , after about 15000 miles pulling the T@B, even with a V6, there have been no instances where if felt under powered in the face of speed, headwinds, up grades, or even passing trucks. Getting about 14 mpg at highway speeds.

We tow our 400 with an 07 Grand Cherokee, 5.7 L Hemi. Getting 15 mpg doing 60 mph. We call it "The Red Rocket", impressive acceleration getting on the interstates.

I just traded my 2015 Overland GC for the 2018 Trailhawk. The tow capacity is really impressive (7,200lbs) for the size of the vehicle. I thought towing with the Overland was excellent.
I traded because I was starting to rack up the miles and I either needed to trade now or decide to keep it for a long time. I dont like to drive high mile vehicles with the trips I take both camping and non camping. Otherwise, I would have kept it.

The JGC with the gas V6 pull just fine. It does tend to run in 6th gear of 8 while towing on level ground. It drops down into 5th on hills in order to be in RPM where it develops more HP and Torque. My only regret is not getting the diesel while they were available. I am debating getting a Ram 1500 diesel with the same diesel engine the JGC had. The Jeep is a great ride, I wish we knew if they would bring back the diesel engine and I would hold off. That VW cheating scandal really hurt the diesel market. I am done whining now!
I’m very happy with our new Ridgeline towing our 320S. Just completed second trip and averaged 18.4 mpg towing on Long Island Expressway, mostly 65-70. At a steady 60 mph is is getting almost 25 mpg.

I can’t wait to see pictures of it with the T@b behind it, or it getting dirty.
Congrats and enjoy!
