2019 Washington State East Meets West-Lincoln Rock

So was anybody here on the eastbound I-90 on Thursday, May 16?  Timer period would be between 12-1 PM and the location would be between Thorp and Ellensburg.  Wife and I were coming back from a business trip in Richlands heading westbound to Seattle and saw a 320 and a 400.
