Nice work.  Did you share the name of the dealer who did the repair?

I didn’t know if I should. JD Sanders RV Gainesville, FL. They’re the Airstream dealer but also sell lots of other brands. They’ve been here 40 years or more.

It flooded only that compartment. I dried it out thoroughly with a little heater and then a fan.

I have replaced both of those hoses that enter and leave the water pump. I replaced them with stainless steel which is a little more flexible and absorbs the pump vibration a little better. Since those connections only need to be hand tight no tools needed I had no problem doing it through the existing access door. No need to see only feel the connection with one hand.

@melpeter, was the leak at the entry of the city water and fresh water inlets or at the pump hosing?
