Have started my first Snow Bird adventure - - - just enjoyed a Sunny day with 65F temps and I'm a long way from the State of AZ.

Folks back home reporting Rain or light Snow.
While baking stove top bread (320S) the smoke Detector sounded & SOUNDED after only 3.5 minutes at Dutch Oven High Burner while the recipe says 5 minutes. Fresh air (breath) helped to quiet it.
Bread is done now, a bit darker - - no black - - on the bottom. Maybe I should have turned the heat down 'for the baking phase'

We are at T@Bazona till Sunday. Then to Riverside CA for a couple of weeks. Then to Oceanside State Park for a week. Enjoy AZ. Checkout Lake Roosevelt National Monument. One of my favorites. Really there are to many to list in AZ.
