Screen/shade mod

Does anyone know if the window screen/shade unit can be flipped?  By flipped I mean that currently the shade comes up from the bottom and the screen comes down from the top. I’d like to have it the other way with the shade coming down and the screen going up. 
Is this something trivial to swap?

    That was the original way the TaBs came.  Only in the last few years have they been manufactured to have the shade on the bottom.  I believe they can be flipped.

    @targ they can in theroy. They are a separate unit in frame that is screwed to the inside with the usual square head screws. You may did that certain pieces of interior wood work went in after the screen fram, thus blocking the screw(s). Such is the case on my driver side window.

    We switched ours very easy except for the screw in the corner by the AC.

    @Dalehelman, did you end up removing the valence to get into that corner?  I know that corner is tight, even for putting up bug netting around the window.

    @Sharon_is_SAM I did not remove the valance. I believe I used a tool like this. With a very short #2 square bit.  You could also use a 1/4” wrench with the square bit. By temporarily glueing it to the wrench head. I do remember it was a bit of a pain.

    I decided to have the best of both worlds. One is flipped and one is not.  =)
