We use a small Keurig, nothing as fancy as the pictures above...
It all has caffeine though!
I like the Robot because it makes very tasty espresso manually, no electricity. And its good exercise pushing down on those lever arms. But you do have to heat water in a kettle or on the stove. Then need a milk frother or steamer if adding milk.

I found the Stanley stainless steel french press and couldn’t be happier! Water heats quickly on my gas stove, much faster than a kettle does at home. It won’t break in transit, and I can use the main pot for cooking other things, like corn on the cob.

I have a pretty similar Stanley French press and found it to be the first French press that keeps the grounds put of the coffee.
I recently added the Keurig mini. I will say it splatters a tiny bit of coffee when it brews but is otherwise perfect. It fits perfectly in the cabinet under the sink when in transit. I love that it comes with a little storage container for pods that fits perfectly where you place the cup.

Well, @jkjenn, you just cost me a $100 or so......I’ve been looking at the Keurig mini for my dark hot cocoa. Now that I know it fits next to the stove and under the sink, I may have to get it . But then there’s the problem of boondocking and how large of an inverter I need.

I will run it off of my GZ Yeti, which should be more than enough...
We have that same Keurig. Ours is not color coordinated with our Tab. We use an inexpensive Melitta Pour-over brewer when not connected to shore power.
The GSI Java Drip has been a travel companion for many years - a holdover from our tent camping days. The electric water pot lifts off of it's base, making it easy to pour.
@jkjenn, I was looking at the Goal Zero 400, 500 and the Jackery 500 and 500 watts is the max. So, I guess I go back to hot water from a tea kettle for my hot cocoa.

I bought a 2nd $20.00 Mr. Coffee 4 pot drip, same thing I use at home. Plug it in and run the inverter, just added the outlet by the sink to the inverter yesterday to make it even easier!
Various dirt, depending on how much caffeine I am desiring but typically good old Cafe Bustelo. Nothing quite like a stiff cup of Spanish expresso to get your heart going.

Thanks for providing affirmation that we are following 'best practices' by carrying a 12 cup percolator @Sharon_is_SAM... lots of filtered coffee every morning. We believe in the science.
