Can the Tab trim be painted?

    Yes. Best done by a auto body shop, but I believe some people have DIY’ed it with spray cans or hardware store grade paint sprayers.

    I painted my trim on my Dutchmen T@B using Krylon paint for plastic. It's done really well.

    @Mouseketab could you get good “cover” with 1 coat? Were you able to paint with the trim attached or did you remove it? Thanks.

    I removed the trim to paint it. I don't remember if it was one coat or two. I just lightly sprayed until I had full coverage.

    I would mask and paint in place. Less chance of breaking it.

    Just an FYI, I have a Clamshell, so only the fenders, windows, and front handle trim. It was easy to remove and replace. Not sure I would have attempted all of the edge trim on the inside kitchen model.

    Has anyone found a good Krylon match for the gray trim paint.  Silver metallic is too metallic and too satin, needs more gloss…
