Looking for Camp Stove Table

I'm looking for a small metal camp stove table and would appreciate your recommendations and feedback if possible.  Normally I cookoff the tailgate of my Silverado but Linda and I have a base camp of sorts here in Why, AZ and a 28' travel trailer and need to find a small table for the Coleman stove for cooking outdoors for those meals like fish, etc. that are better cooked outside.

Thanks in advance!

I have one of these and found it pretty useful.  Different sizes to choose from.

GCI makes these in 25" and 20" square versions, available form various sellers. They are smaller than the ones mentioned above, but are very compact when collapsed, if that's a priority.

I have this one. Not high enough for cooking and not very stable, even though it has extendable legs. It gets more unstable the higher it gets. It is a GREAT table for drinks and holding plates of food in it's lowered side-table type utility. It's lightweight and aluminum (hollow).

    Hey Mike

This is my most favorite table ever.  We use it for grilling, dish draining, everything kitchen at the back of the clamshell.  It's very sturdy and easy to set up, it's on the priority list, but a little pricey.  Amazon.

    Happy camping,

@Michigan_Mike this isn’t exactly what you mentioned, but it also comes in a metal(aluminium?) slat top model. I love mine, It’s fairly sturdy, I’ve cooked on it, it also seats 2 comfortably for meals.

@Michigan_Mike. Hi Mike! I still have this set from my silver shadow days. It was one of my first purchases and has proven to be an excellent one. The table is is sturdy, comfortable to stand at and the the two bonus side tables double as foot stools or drink stands, all super light and contained as a suitcase. So glad I have it!

Nice!   I've got a lot to consider here and am looking for a good cooking table and something to set food, cooking tools, etc.on.  Some great stuff out there and I'll have to check out my credit card because I think I was recently added to Anazon's board of regents with all of my recent purchases.   :o=)=)=)

We actually just have the 2015 T@B Max S and bought a used travel trailer to use down here in Why as a basecamp and allow us to winter in AZ.   We like it down here and although it's chilly this morning, no white stuff or shoveling to deal with and we love the west.

@Michigan_Mike, yeah...but @ericnliz shoveling lessons consist of his sitting in his chair directing you in the proper way...and he has a long driveway to boot! (OK Eric, maybe I stretched your lesson plans a bit, but I could just imagine it...)

I sure did mean the SW @ericnliz

But hey, as long as the snowblower works and there's hot coffee or a hot toddy waiting afterwards anything is possible.  Better start Looking for that table or Verna will get her magic wand to working!  :o

This was our sunrise this AM here in Why.

@Michigan_Mike, Nice sunset, a little cruel, but nice. ;) I have both hot coffee, and/or hot toddies, instructions start Wednesday ( next fluffy rain event), snowblower is full of gas, shovel sharpened & waxed, & I'll show you the metal folding table I have! Good save, huh? :coffee::rofl:=)

@RollingLagrima thank you for the recommendation of the table and chairs. Is the table sturdy enough for a tabletop Weber grill, about 26lbs? Thank you!

I bought an Alps Mountaineering table to compliment my Colman stove on a stand.  In the pic, you can’t see the table, but size wise you can get an idea....

We like this 4' x 2' plastic fold up table.  I know it's not metal like you wanted but works well for us and fits in the back of the truck. We use a hose splitter off of the main propane tank to run the Coleman stove.  Gives us a little prep space also.

@Hale_Honu- We use a similar one... Costco.  Cheap, folds flat, big enough for coffee pot, ice maker, blender, and some food prep space. Sometimes set snacks out on it.  Have learned with the CS-S it is nice to pull into the site far enough to hang over that log that often marks the end of the parking spot... and the table straddling it helps with not tripping over it!

It’s not a table per se, but we have a Coleman High Stand that we’ve used for many years. Unlike most camp tables, it puts the stove at the correct height for cooking.

We got this table to use as our outside kitchen with our hotplate for our 320S. Its adjustable, lightweight, and easy to clean. #1 on Amazon and 5 stars. Best $25 we've spent. Lifetime 80251 Adjustable Folding Laptop Table TV Tray, 26 Inch, White Granite

We use the Sherpa Camp Kitchen.  Instead of using the soft sided bins, I use plastic dish pans that are like slide out drawers.  We have almost all of our galley dishware supplies in the Sherpa and the food goes into the CS galley storage.  The roll out aluminum top is a bonus.  We transport it either inside the TaB or in our van.  I highly recommend this set up!

I bought this one, and it was perfect for a small grill and single burner Coleman stove, plus plates for food, etc. There are only 2 of us, but if you need a bigger one, I think it comes in other sizes.

This this has worked well for us.  The side table folds down when you don’t need a full countertop. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NQXPT90/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
