No Owner’s Manual?

Curiously, there was no owner’s manual in the package of manuals that came with our 2020 T@B 400. Is that normal?  Of course there are resources on this forum, and you can access a 2017 version on the NuCamp website, but I would have liked a printed copy that stays in the camper with all of the other documentation.

    There is no printed copy, but there is a flash drive included.

    They do not provide a printed manual.  They used to provide a thumbdrive that looked like a bottle opener.  Best to download the copy from the website.

    No flash drive either unless it’s built into that 3/4 inch ratchet wrench that was in the bag. ;)

    I copied the contents of the flash drive onto my computer and uploaded it to Dropbox, then stored a local copy on my iPad in case I need a reference when i don’t have cell service or WiFi. I also downloaded all of the systems and accessories manuals. I’d be happy to share the link if that’s permissible in the forum; @Verna?

    @TNOutback my flash drive was a fancy one on the end of a bottle opener. Nothing like that in your package?  Your dealer should provide one.

    We got no manuals, paper or electronic with our Boondock.  Did get the bottle opener flash drive labeled manuals but it was blank.  I contacted both dealer and NuCamp.  Dealer said "we'll try to get you a good one", over three months ago.  NuCamp said go to internet and download the manuals yourself.  I did get manuals for everything off the net, printed and stored in trailer for no electric/ internet situations. Except for trailer manual which I'm told hasn't been updated since 2017. 
       Very poor QC and customer service on NuCamp's part.

    I just took delivery of a 400 Boondock a few days ago and it didn't include a manual or a bottle opener.

    Printed copies are up to the dealer’s discretion, some do provide them, some don’t.

    I had the same problem with my 2019 so I wrote my own using the available factory manual, equipment manuals and my own experience as a guide to give my daughter for her use of the 400. 
    It has been a great help to me as I forget from time to time various systems.   You are free to download it.

    Their is supposed to be a welcome kit with all the various manuals, including the TsB printed manual and thumb drive.  I would contact your dealer, who seems to have forgotten to put them in your trailer, or someone took it?
