i have a 2019 Tab 320 S.
When storing, should I use stabilizers to lift just high enough to get axle pressure off of the tires?

The stabilizers are just for "stabilizing."  They are not strong enough to "lift" the trailer by themselves.

The most we do with our tires is to place carpet pads under them on the concrete floor.

No, you should not use stabilizers to provide any lift.

Some owners like to deploy the stabilizers during storage as an added impediment to theft, but they should not be used for jacking the trailer.

While stabilizers are mostly to study your T@B while you are moving around in it and help the trailer resist the wind. However, because the 320 is so light, minor adjustments can be made with them. For example, When I position my trailer where I want it, I first lift it off the trailer off the coupler. Since I'm already cranking, I'll go ahead and level it front to back. If the side to side not level by several inches, I'll place a shim under the low wheel when it's still coupled. If the difference is small, I'll level it by turning the stabilizers. The suspension on a 320 has a couple of inches of travel - so the wheels will stay planted. This is NOT recommend for larger trailers. To store our trailer, I chuck the wheels, place a bike lock through the spokes, turn off the gas and electric connection to the battery before going off to plan our next adventure.

Per BAL's own instructions (attached), the stabilizers are suitable for "fine leveling."
I'm pretty fussy about leveling so I usually end up torquing the low side a little harder, though I generally try to limit such adjustments to under an inch since anything more than that I can accomplish more easily with another block of wood.

The key about using the stabilizer/tongue jack method to change the tire:  the tongue is doing the lifting, not the stabilizers.

    There are jack points:

nüCamp has changed their guidelines and they no longer recommend using the stabilizers to lift the T@B’s off the ground to change tires, nor for any other maintenance.

When I pull my trailer wheels I use my jack under the axle, next to the wheel.   Works fine.

Cherokee, I got a chuckle from your pic.  I mounted my tv antenna on the Yakima rack the same place, the same way.  Actually looks like the same bracket.
