Alde 3010-614 blank panel

I have a 2018 Outback edition TAB. My problem is that the Alde control panel (3010-614) is completely blank. I was using the Alde this Spring and the power just shut off to the panel. (I was not in the RV when this happened so I don't know how it reacted when it shut down).
Question 1- is there a way to test the control panel to see if its receiving power? I've tried the normal problems, changing the fuses, check plug, check all wirings etc....but nothing seems to work.
Question-2 I don't want to purchase another unit until I know that it is toast! Has any other TAB owners have/had this problem. How was it solved?
Thanks for you input.
PS: I have sent Alde two recent emails to their service department but as of today no response from them.

What fuses? The ones on top of the Alde?

there are two fuses, T3.15A 250V on top of the Alde unit. Remove the cover and you will see two fuse holders (green in color) on he left side. I replaced these two but to no avail.

@kadfig, do you have an Alde manual with you?If you do, there is a manual restart described that has you remove the 12V plug on the Alde, wait, and then plug it back in....I can’t remember if there are any other steps. The Alde display is run by 12V so this may kick start it into working again. I know the process is on this forum, but seriously, I need to get to bed now. If you can search the heating posts ...if you don’t have the manual.Fingers crossed for you.Verna, Columbus, IN

@kadfig Check out this thread: https://tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com/discussion/2794/alde-touch-screen-wont-come-on/p2
This is from the June 12 post regarding troubleshooting the Alde Control Panel:
“We found another members experience with the Alde Control Panel failure. He checked with Spencer from Alde US. A way to check the control panel is to “unplug the white DC power plug (between the two green fuses), then watch the control panel screen as you plug it back in. If the screen briefly flashes from black to white, the screen is getting power, but the board in the panel is bad. So, we tried this and the screen flashed black to white, so apparently the control panel board is shot. But, does that explain the blown Alde fuse or the 10 amp fuse?“
FYI: as it turned out, our control panel was fine. We had a short in our fan that was on the same circuit as the Alde.
But, as Verna suggested, start by turning off all power, disconnecting the Alde 12 v line between the 2 green fuses. Wait a bit as I think the control panel “resets”, then return the 12 v line (wait a while in case the resetting occurs at this time) and power up.
PS: Travels with Delaney recommends pulling the Alde 12 v cable FIRST then replacing the Alde fuse(s) then reinserting the cable.Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio -
Mine was throwing a ‘connection failure’ error a few moths ago. I had to get behind the panel and remove/reconnect one of the wires and it’s been good ever since.

Thanks all for all your suggestions. It is much appreciated. The steps that you all suggested has been tried but without the results that I needed! I will wait a few more days and see if Alde service responds to my service question to them.
I'm off to Yellowstone for a week so I will look into this further upon my return! -
Last time I emailed Alde, they simply told me to contact a dealer... hence I wasn't impressed with their customer support.
Thanks, Jerry

Sorry, but I'm a newbie with this problem. Where can I find the Alde fuse and the 12v line? I didn't see it in the manual. Thank you!

If you have a 320, the Alde is under the driver side bench. Just lift the plastic top off. Check out the pics in this link.https://us.v-cdn.net/5021717/uploads/editor/f9/h7rtaavl6g7x.pdf
BrianZ provided a good picture Of the Alde 12 v line in the link below. It is between the 2 green fuse holders.Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio -
@kadfig - any luck with the Alde panel fix?Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio

Sharon, not yet. I was trying to diagnose the problem this morning again and I got power to the right side fuse holder (12v) but the left side holder shows no 12v power. Don't know if I should have power to both sides at once or just when I turn the unit on. Checked continuity from the PCB 12v power plug and it shows I have continuity from there to the 3010 panel.
Anyway, I emailed Nucamp tech support but still haven't heard from them yet. Will wait to see what they say tomorrow, I hope.

@kadfig Have you found a fix for your Alde blank screen? I have the exact same problem with my 2018 TAB 320-CS The control screen is blank and will not turn on.

@Robjackson, I would suggest reading through the discussion in the link posted by @Sharon_is_SAM on August 15th (above) and the info she posted in that discussion thread.
Also, take a look at the info provided at the below link for a possible source of the problem:https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/forum/threads/alde-3010-blank-control-panel-solution-fix.154521/

@robjackson@Bayliss, I will try Bayliss's suggestion per his UK link and see if the jumper will ignite the panel. As stated this is only a temporary fix but if it works I will buy fuse(s) to repair the PCB. Will let you know if it works.

Great! Wish mine was that easy of a fix. Here is where i got my fuses. Also tried the UK link to see if the thermal fuse on the PCB was bad but I got continuity from end to end looks like i might have a bad Alde panel.

-
@kadfig any update? What was causing your issue? I just noticed my panel died a couple of days ago. It's not the glass fuses. I seem to have continuity on the thermal fuse. I've had it disconnected from all power a few times for lengthy periods of time to "reset". Nothing is bringing it back yet. I do see the panel flicker white for <1 second if I connect either the 12V power or panel cables. Any thoughts?
