Tab 400 2021 water pump

I haven't put any water in the freshwater tank yet, but it's appears to be 2/3 full. Maybe the dealer did that to test the water system. However, when I turn on both pump switches inside and out, I'm getting no water. Not even the sound of the pump. Am I missing something?

    Check your fuse box to make sure the fuse on the pump circuit is intact.  I assume you are plugged in and or you are on battery with the battery switch turned to "on".

    I am boondocked in my driveway. Solar power only has worked like a charm for the past 2 weeks (full). All the lights inside work. I checked the power center. Does a light come on if the pump fuse is bad?

    I do not think you turn on both switches.   Try just using the inside one first.

    That didn't work.  I was told they work independently of one another. That way if you want to take a shower outside you don't have to go inside. Hmmm.

    @Giota I have heard that, but the switches are labeled as siphon system switches, depending on how the valves are set.  But if the inside pump switch Is on, you do not need to turn on the outside one.  My thought is they may be wired like a three-way light switch?

    Did you pull the water pump fuse in the power distribution panel to see if it blown?  Yes, if the Pump switch is on, and the fuse blown, than the light next to the fuse should light up.

    Thank you for the answer Denny. I turned on the inside pump and the fuse does not light up.

    @Giota, pull the fuse out and check it just to be sure.  One of the red lights on my power center does not work, so it is possible that may be happening for you as well.  Unlikely, but easy to check the fuse.

    Did the pump work at the dealer during your walk through?  Does it make a difference if you plug in to shore power?

    @Giota
    Are you certain you have the Nautilus valves correctly positioned for "Dry Camping"?
    The pump can be turned on or off from either the switch located at the Nautilus panel, or at the control center by the front door...as @Denny16 suggested, it works like a 3-way light switch in a house - and can be turned on or off at either location.
    When the pump is on, the red led will illuminate at the control panel by the front door (even if you turned the pump on at the Nautilus panel), and the Nautilus panel rocker switch will glow red (even if turned on at the front door panel).

    I must confess. The water pump was working perfectly on either switch. I was turning the faucet lever north south vs east west. Please forgive me.
