Leveling Question

When leveling blocks are needed under a tire are they also used under the stabilizer?

Depends on the situation. I use a single block under our trailer’s stabilization jadks, as we have a Boondock axle on our TaB400, and the extra added bit helps.

I have a 4 pack of leveling pads that I have never used.
If you want to make your life mush less stressful, get one of these for the low side and forget the blocks.

If you want to make it even easier, get one of these to determine when it is level.

The price has dropped sine I bought one, but that is fairly normal for me.
These 2 things make leveling and set up so much easier. I can be done before others even get the TV unhooked from their camper.

@runaway30: use the leveling blocks under the wheels to level. Once level, you may want(need) to use the blocks under the stabilizers due to muddy /less stable ground or because you need the additional height due to unlevel surface or the boondock axle.TV- '16 Chevy Colorado LT Crew Cab-DuraMax

Makes sense, Brad that leveling device seems like a great way to go, especially if you are solo.
How many leveling blocks do people tend to carry for a 400 boondock I wonder? -
@runaway30
Although I have the 4 pack of leveling pads, I don't carry any leveling blocks for our 400 BDL, to this point I have never needed anything additional to reach either. Granted, it was a weird year for camping but we camp mostly without hookups and mostly via "Hipcamp" in sparse areas which suits us perfectly.

I use a Bal leveler for the side to side. I use the lego blocks under the stabilizer if the ground is soft to spread the weight around2006 RAM 1500 4 door, 2016 T@B 320 MAX S

We use these for our T@B works well enough for us and we have blocks for the stabilizers if needed.
