I'm curious - what are the windows made of? Or, who is the manufacturer? I'm thinking about remedies for cover-induced scratches and I want to be sure not to make things worse. Could be that worse is the only available path!

On two separate annual occasions, I’ve successfully used Turtle Wax Polishing Compound to remove shallow scratches from the windows of my T@B 400. I apply this compound with an electric orbital polisher. It takes a little time to do its work, as I believe the compound is slightly abrasive. The results have been very pleasing to me; clear, bright windows.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm going to start with Novus products since they appear to be targeted for acrylics. If those don't work I'll expand my horizons.

@geoB You might try the Meguairs #10 and 17 , I've had good results by hand for the minor scratches we've had. Used a tarp for a while instead of an actual cover and that was a mistake, regular cover hasn't caused any new scratches.

I have used the Novus combination of three solutions to remove scratches and clean the windows. They work very well!
