Replacement cap for fresh water fill

Lost the cap for my fresh water fill spout. Went to dealer so far no help. Has anyone had this experience or have an idea where I might acquire a replacement. Thank you

You have a non-Nautilus equipped TaB, right?

Past posts suggest the 'factory flip door/cover' fill port is not available for public purchase. Others owners have installed a completely new and different design filler port to solve 'factory' filler damage/lose.

@pak - on our 2017 CSS, we replaced the broken flip style fresh water fill with this one at Amazon:

You don't say the year of your trailer, but if you have the fresh water fill that flips open (instead of a cap that screws on), I had to buy an entire new assembly to get the cover. I'm not sure if it's available anymore. It was a terrible design.

I also bought an assembly with the screw on cap, but I wasn't able to get the old assembly out. It was glued in and didn't want to come out even with heat and prying. I was afraid that I'd damage the trailer sidewall if I kept at it.

I have a 2017 CS-S. Looks like a new style is warranted. Sharon, the link you posted will not open. I suspect the problem is in my settings. Any assistance is appreciated, thank you.

@pak, can you RIGHT click on the link, and then select "open in a new tab"? that is what I did to open it. Mike

@pak On my iPad, I touch and hold the link for it to open. I think this was due to a Vanilla update a while back.

Post script: I'm of the age and point where I am tired of fixing things.(end of rant..ha). I decided to see if I just might happen to get a replacement cap through my dealer. After awhile of " nope, that is not it" the parts guy found a part number and ordered the part. Well, the cap came along with the filler valve/spout. It was not a lot of money so I had ordered two. I popped out the cap and installed it on my filler spout. Now I realize sometime in the future I will find it necessary to replace the fill spout. At that time I will use a better designed filler as suggested from fellow t@bbers. Until then I will carry on. Thank you for your suggestions and recommendations.
