Possible to add Boondocks style front rack to older 320?

Hi all.  Will be picking up our new to us ‘15 Tab 320 and I’m wondering if the aluminum tray/box setup from the newer Boondocks trims would be a simple bolt on?

@Undertheradar - do you mean both the Boondock platform and diamond plate tub?

    Contact help@nucamprv.com to confirm.

I added the platform from nuCamp to my 2018 and also replaced the plastic tub with the new aluminum version. I had to order through my dealer and they also installed for me. They included these items with a shipment of trailers so I avoided the high freight cost. Then I added two side tubs from Sea Biscuit Metal Designs. Now, Sea Biscuit makes a platform and middle tub plus a full width middle tub! The added storage was a game changer plus the updated look was nice. Just be aware of tongue weight depending on your tow vehicle.

NuCamp sells it for 2019 and newer because that is when they started using it. Contact AllPro and ask about fit on a 2015

I had the boondocks tray minus the aluminum box added to my 2015 a couple of years ago.

Have you considered a truck box? This one came from Tractor Supply, but a search should find a lot of other options from forum members. It was more work than a "simple bolt on", but not too bad and well worth it.

That looks really great!  Mind sharing the model # or even just the dimensions?
    Thanks!

@Undertheradar I'm not having any luck finding my receipt for the box. On the Tractor Supply website I'm only seeing one that's painted black, but the dimensions are the same (57in. x 20in. x 19in). Price has gone up. Pretty sure I paid less than $300. Shouldn't be too hard to find an unpainted one, maybe from a different supplier.

Perfect, thanks!  I’d actually prefer black.  :)

Totally agree about going with a truck box. When I bought my 2014 TAB CS-S a few years ago, the original plastic tub was damaged and had to be replaced. I scored a used 5’ long truck box and had it mounted by an RV mechanic. First and best mod I’ve had done. I’m sure the new nucamp platform and boxes are great but I love having one big open space. Lets me carry longer things like a 36” long folding table that might not fit in those smaller boxes. Plus even buying new, it’s probably still cheaper. Just be careful about tongue weight. If you stuff it full plus propane and battery, you might be a bit front heavy 😁.

Our 2014 320 S Maxx has one! The previous owner had it installed, but it is clearly doable even in older models.
