Adding dimmers?

Interior lights are a bit bright for just before sleep reading / relaxing, so I am trying to think up some fixes. Has anyone added dimmers or rheostats to their interior lights on a 320S? Maybe just to the little reading lights with the on/off toggle? Seems like a rotating knob of some sort might fit in that round switch space.

It might be easier to just replace the lights.San Francisco Bay Area

Haha yes, though I kind of like the look of the lights, and replacing them isn’t near as much fun as re-engineering them!

What year is the trailer? Which lights specifically? There have been many fixes mentioned for helping sort out the harsh lighting. "Photo gels" can change the color temperature, etc. Many owners have replaced the reading lights, and they are pretty simple. Some mods are more elaborate, and if you have the skills...Here is anotherHere is a general search for "reading light replacement" that has some more threads and examples.

Hi, When we had our 320, we changed our lights to these. Dimmable with a USB port.

This is a dimmable version of the standard ceiling light used in later model 320s. Its a very easy swap,

I simply added cobb led usb lights along the bottom of the back cabinets. They're peel and stick and plugged into the 12v accessory plug. They dim and they use very little power. I seldom use any other lighting while I'm in my camper and they are great to use while watching a movie. If I want or need the bright reading lights for whatever reason, they're still available this way.
