Maxxair fan low-pro replacement knob

Hi all,
I installed a new maxxair deluxe in my 2021 320s BD recently.
Well, the knob sits down within reach of my noggin and I keep hitting my head on it.
I've heard rumors of a lower profile 3D printed replacement knob that gives you a little more head room.
Anyone know where to source one of these?
I've looked on Etsy but struck out or didn't query the search correctly....
