Service at NuCamp

Does anyone else have concerns over the service they received at NuCamp.
It seems they have lost a lot of experience due to employee turnover lately.

There has been a significant turn over since the CEO change.  Having said that, we had a major service done this past spring to satisfaction.

I'm not sure if you are referring to service at the NuCamp factory in Ohio or service in general. I am having trouble getting any sort of help via email for an issue with the glass lid on my 2022 320S. It's so bad, that I am rethinking my plan to upgrade to a 360 Black Canyon.

Yes, we had some routine maintenance done at the factory in Ohio. We are concerned about the loss of experience.

Why has there been turnover since the CEO change?

I don’t have any inside information.  I don’t think it’s unusual for there to be a turnover, following a change in leadership.

From my view, having experience with the Service Dept. since ~2016.
The new Service Center opened ~2022 and was a huge expansion of a small department that existed in the small red building next to the factory.  This expansion included a new business plan for a Service Center with much greater responsibilities and target market.  This sudden growth and expanded goals has / is causing some growth pains.  There have been more personnel changes since my last visit late 2023 so I cant speak for current staff.
They have always been flawlessly honest and take ownership of the work they have done.  It's a 5-6 hour drive for us but the only place I'll take mine for major service.

Since purchasing our t@b 400 new in 2019, we've had two occasions where we've had to get factory warranty/service.  Both times we were on months long trips and were fortunately to get into the nucamp factory/service department.  First time service was in their original facility and we had no issues with their repairs.  Took them a day just as they had predicted.  Second time was in 2025, right after the August rally and this was in their new facility.  Surprising, the tech who worked on our rig remembered he worked on it during our first service visit (around 2020 before all the crazy stuff I think). Had no issues either time, though the first time we thought the work on the floor was a bit sloppy.  The new service center is nice with the four or five RV sites at the back that you can use while your rig is being serviced.
