Soft Floor

I have a TAB 360 and recently noticed a few soft spots in the floor. It’s not the entire floor—just a couple of areas.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I took it to an RV repair shop, and they told me they would need to drop the undercarriage to inspect it, which would cost around $800 just to take a look. Before going that route, I’m curious if anyone else with a TAB 360 has dealt with something similar and what the issue ended up being.
Thanks, Brian

No way with the azdel floor you have soft spots caused by water. My 2020 400 has areas around the sink that feel soft because they're between the metal cross beams on the frame, but all I'm feeling is the bounce in the foam between the two layers of plywood. If you get on your hands and knees, push on the area and you will see it's just the laminated flooring between with foam core giving you the illusion it's soft. Don't waste your money dropping the plastic shield, just to find your fresh and grey tanks are in the area the "soft areas are.2018 Honda Ridgeline FWD

I don't know what the floor system is on the 360, but like @GBL_citruscountyfl, our 2020 320 floor is Azdel and can not rot like the older one's that had soft spot issues. Just read that "while the 2020 320S floor was a thinner sandwich of Azdel and foam that often felt flexible underfoot, the 360's system is designed to be more rigid.
Here's a cross section from when I cut a hole through it.

The 360 should have the newer TransCore flooring. Believe if the bare floor surface (no vinyl pattern area, perhaps in the Alde compartment) has a white'ish color it is Transcore.
Transcore is not known to develop soft spots the way earlier nüCamp composite flooring like picture above @AnOldUR posted. Suggest you contact nüCamp Support to confirm your trailer's floor construction and discuss the softness you are observing - - don't work with a local RV Repair Shop until discussing with nüCamp.

Yes, but my 400 floor is 3/8" plywood, foam, then the black material exposed to the underbelly. I've taken core samples when I've run things through the floor, so I have a sample like yours.AnOldUR said:I don't know what the floor system is on the 360, but like @GBL_citruscountyfl, our 2020 320 floor is Azdel and can not rot like the older one's that had soft spot issues.
