Saw this https://nucamprv.com/new-haven-trailer/ along with this https://youtube.com/shorts/13uJ2-b80To?si=CuHLBHE_D2loS9rN . Curious how long the bed is (hoping it's not a short queen/full, but long enough for a six foot person.

Will be interesting to learn more details once we see videos from the Hershey RV show.

    Haven 190 has a pretty exterior and nice styling interior but it's not for me.
    I'm a solo traveler and the industry has few layouts that are more Solo comfortable.


    With 'comfortable' meaning a higher back reclining seat, think 320 rear seat or 360 rear dinette seat. However with the industry focus is on more sleeping spot layouts with convertible dinettes like 400 and Haven 190 have; those unimaginative short straight back seats.

    I'm searching for something that can be 320/360 like without too much DIY modification.
    While the 320/360 are a no go for me due to that porti-potti . . . . .

    Thanks for the link @RTWCTS . Looks like nuCamp is answering questions about the trailer in the comments of the video. Comment said it would be around 3500, which is only around 500 more than the 400. I love my 400 a lot. But, to get the wifey to tag along I think I need more room. The Haven 220 is nice, but feels like I lose all the fit anywhere joy of the T@b models. This 190 might be the perfect compromise of a big dry bath (to make my wife happy), easier bed access, and more outside conveniences with the pass-thru storage, rear hitch, and awning.

    The Haven's are 6" wider than the 400, but length of this 190 may be about the same as the 400. Will have to see in person.

    Thanks @andytabrv. This video helps. Our initial impression is that it checks even more boxes than our (much loved) 400.

    My one bit of reticence is the short Queen mattress. It makes sense why they did that to provide the walk around room the person at the wall can shimmy off the end of the bed rather than climbing over someone. The 400 has the nice long full that I can really stretch out in. I'm almost 6 ft tall and a short queen might not work. But, I'll have to try it out at the dealership when they have one to see. The extra queen width might be worth the trade-off when two people are sleeping in it.

    I can't believe I would have ever said this before but we've had our 2022 320S for 5+ years now and I don't think I would switch to a camper that doesn't have a cassette toilet. The convenience of this along with not having to wait at dump sites is something I can't do without I don't think.

    Give me a quiet 12V A/C on the 320S and more room with the A/C unit curently sits for more battery space and I'd buy another one in a second.

    That said, the new Haven campers are very nice. Especially the dry bath and the indoor height.

    hmm …. just watched the Mandy Lea walk through. We're still happy with the minimalist design of our 320S, but if the day comes when upsizing makes sense, this has potential.

    Our only 'concern' so far is the bed length too. I also need to look at one up close and get the 'mod-o-meter' working on some imagineering. Doubling the size of the black tank and a dry bath sure are tempting though…

    Something else I noted in the videos with this pre-production model is the vent fans. Both are the kind used in the 400 bathroom. They work great for bathroom exhaust but I don't know how well they'd work for airflow in the camper. They are single speed. I'm also not sure how well they work in the rain or to prevent bugs from getting in. I can't remember if they have screens, either. The Haven 220 had dual fantastic fans, I think. Seems ideal might be like the 400 with one of the bathroom fans in the shower and one fantastic fan. The Truma Avenue AC seems to have a circulation mode which might help along with the vents, but that's a lot of fans running. The 400's vent is really handy when cooking to crack the window in front of the stove and suck out the steam.

    I wish the Tab's came standard with MaxxAir fans with more levels of adjustment so they could be run at very low and quiet levels just to keep air moving through the trailer.

    Anyway, I digress, but will be interesting to see what the final fan configuration is.

    The fans in the haven are very similar to the little fan in the shower of the 400. We just had nucamp install an actual fan in the main living area to move some air, as the little fans really do not.

    This looks really nice. But I have yet to find a camper this size that can accommodate tall people for the bed. It's nice to have a dry bath, but for me personally, it take up so much space. Would love to see a proper queen bed or 2 twins that people over 6' tall can be comfortable sleeping in. My husband is 6' 2" and the East west beds are never ideal.

    It does look like there is way more well thought out storage than the 220. I definitely prefer the 190 layout to the 220. We just got the Tab 360 and it's one of the best layouts I have ever seen in a tiny trailer. With bonus points for having a space for shoes that's tucked out of the way from the front door.
