Alde 3010 Compact Heater

I purchased a 2015 T@B Max S with an Alde 3010 compact heater.  It will operate using propane, but not on electricity.  I  replaced the fuses in the unit.  Does anyone have any other suggestions as to what the problem may be?

    Welcome and congrats! I also have a 2015 

    Can you post a photo of how you have the sliders set and where you are plugging into for shore power (30amp?)

    Boy, this sounds familiar.  Didn’t someone just have this exact problem?

    First make sure the unit is plugged in under the driver side bench.

    Also make sure there is power to that outlet. Try plugging a light into it and see if it lights up. If not reset the breaker by turning it to the off position then to the on position
