Cool Cat Heat Pump won't run.

My cool Cat Heat pump wont start up I replaced the fuses still won't run when reinstalling 30 amp or 20 amp fuse when they touch connectors sockets  pump will will run for a few seconds then stop . The the thermostat LCD shows display numbers.  T@B 2012 Any suggestions on what is wrong.

    Welcome, @jamesf01. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you as most of us here have the newer T@Bs without the Cool Cat.

    There are a few owners of older T@Bs that visit occasionally, so I'll bump this back up to the top in the hope that somebody more knowledgeable might spot it.

    The DM T@Bs did not have a digital thermostat.  I don't know what other differences there may be with the newer CoolCat installations.
    The CoolCat uses the 12v supply for controls (thermostat) only.  If the fuse you mention makes a difference, it is a clear indication that the problem is with the 12v supply for the controls.  The controls do not need a 20 or 30 amp circuit.  Something else on that circuit may be the root problem.
