I just replaced the crank with if I remember a 1/2” bolt. Just pop off the top cover for access. I think it was a 6” bolt. I cut off the thread. Then I drilled a small hole in it to match the crank handle. If you are not good with tools. Ask a friend or neighbor. Good luck

  @ChaseTheLight you also need to drain all tanks including hot water tank. I also add enough antifreeze to keep dump valve wet to prevent sticking.

  It probably would never be an issue with our T@Bs, but some private RV parks require those certifications. It allows them to turn away home built units that do not meet code and could cause problems …

  Its good to see we are not finding additional trailers with this issue. Maybe they are still in storage.

  Need more information ie. Low temps and for how long. Stored inside or outside.

  Close the valve on the propane tank. Then open it up slowly all the way. Make sure the stove stays lit before trying to start fridg. If propane valve is opened to fast a safety valve inside the tank …
