I am a new T&ab 320 CS-S owner. I ‘be been using KOA full hook ups for a few days and today I don’t hear the pump running.

when hooked up to water, pressure is in the water line, you don’t need the trailers pump. Your pump should be in the off position.2016 cs-s max1

@Beenie, did you fill your fresh tank and also hook up to city water?Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio1

There should be a check valve on the pump, to keep city pressure system from backing into the pump. Turning the pump on while pressurized, the pump pressure switch should then shut off the pump. I agree, there is no need to use the pump while connected to a “city” hookup.
