Ceramic protectants provide a much higher durability than wax. They resist heat, UV rays, environmental contaminants & harsh detergents much better than wax. Plus, wax simply sits on the paint's surface, it does not create the chemical bond like we find with ceramic coatings.
@CRETBO, as with everything, you can search on ceramic coating here on the forum for some discussions, and the web. Owning an RV is probably more fun if you luv product research.

Ceramic coatings..I put it on my car. it's been almost 2 years and the water just runs off like it's been heavily waxed. I bought it through Amazon Prime. https://drivedetailed.com/best-ceramic-coating-for-beginners/ there are a lot out there. I just picked a cheaper...I mean less expensive one..got get whatever you are putting it on really clean first.
Thanks for all the good input ... For this time, i'm going to use a car wash/wax and do some more research. Thanks again for all the information. Perfect

Generally any high quality automotive wax will suffice. Many folks swear by AstroShield...there are sooooo many choices.
