2020 T@B 320s twin bed dimensions.

Our camper is still at the dealer and we will pick it up in April. Before then we want to buy some mattress toppers.

We are probably not going to do the queen bed configuration (70''x71'')

Instead we will keep it two twins. Does anyone know the width of them? (after removing the back rest cushions of course)

Also, I don't know if the length is 70 or 71 for the twin.

We have the 2020 model.

Thanks!

2020 and earlier models didn’t have a pull out side by side twin setup, so you’d have a 20” wide bench. Alternatively you’d have to make modifications for a wider mattress. There’s a thread or two around here somewhere detailing what others have done, will hunt for those and post after I get some coffee (running sluggish this AM!)

Edit: Some options if wider beds are preferred…

    Thanks!

I especially like the second one with the "overhang" model. Takes no extra space! I probably need to do something like this!

(Maybe I will pick up the trailer a bit earlier so I can do some of these mods)

@newcamp The second one is the one I’ve thought about doing, but as a solo traveler, I have the option of sleeping across the back, which is much wider. I tend to toss and turn a lot. LOL

I always advise picking up the trailer well in advance of any planned use if at all possible, especially if this is your first RV. Aside from any possible mods, there’s a great deal to get to know about your new rig, and it all takes time. Also, while nüCamp’s quality is generally high, things can go wrong, and it’s better if you have the chance to find and fix those things at home rather than on the road. We had someone in another thread last week bring home a fairly new used Tab, and a few days later discover the converter had failed, which is unexpected in such a new rig. At least they didn’t discover that while at camp!

Plus, with a 320, figuring out where to efficiently shoehorn stuff into the limited storage can take a while, until you hit on a setup that works well for the way you camp.

All great points! I probably will plan an earlier take home date so I have more time before taking it on the road!
