They apparently changed the glycol tank location for 2021 models - if you have a toilet, it's now inside the panel behind the toilet..

If in back driverside corner, should just be two screws to remove, then the triangular panel slides out.

. . . can you be more specific about therm mode?         How do I do that?

We have the Alde 3010 model & our manual says anything other than the water tank (which has a 2-yr warranty) has a 1-yr warranty.  NuCamp may help you out though if you're not too far out of warranty.  If you've lost all your glycol & never checked your tank, then burned out your pump motor, that may be on you.
You may want to check the small 12V cable that goes from the pump into the top of the Alde (remove plastic cover panel) & plugs into a small socket there, to make sure it's plugged in to its labeled socket.

@ColleenD2 here is a link to an Alde control panel simulator from the Alde website.  You can mess around with the control panel to get familiar without having to use your actual control panel.

@ColleenD2 - please check your glycol level first.  After 4 years, you may need to add some.

If the Op hasn’t checked the fluid level in four years, my bet is the fluid
even is too low to properly circulate and heat the trailer.  I end up adding a bit of fluid every spring when we get ready for camping season.

Well, finally had time to check the dealer and we are headed there Friday night for a sleepover and to drop the camper. Dana from Missouri Teardrop said it probably needs a flush and fill which will cost us $400. He said Alde and NuCamp recommend every 2 years as regular maintenance and we were a March 2019 delivery and avid campers so it’s probably time. How can our T@B be 4 years old already?! Wow! What a ride.
