I have to replace my entire outside shower unit (broken part) and have one on order from NuCamp via my dealer. It’s really a “plug and play” unit and I dislike paying for service if I can do it myself. I also don’t want to damage the Azdel by doing it myself. I would imagine that there needs to be some sort of sealant involved. Has anyone here done this, and how did it go? Thanks!

It's easy to replace. Just gently scrap off the old sealant with a putty knife, unscrew the old unit, move the hoses to new unit and re-install and reseal. Make sure the pump is off before starting.

Also as @Horigan notes above attach the hoses to the new box before tightening down the screws and sealing with caulk.

The link above at a minumum will give you a good idea on what's involved to remove and replace the shower box. Just four screws once the sealant is removed.
