Hello--I had hail damage on my Tab 320S yesterday, along with my truck and possibly roof damage. Upon calling my insurance agent, he informed me that I would need to find an RV repair shop/dealer to get an estimate because my insurance agency do not have any "inspectors" that go out and do estimates on RVs? Also that it will be some time before any auto body shop will have appts available (of course) I told him that around my area in Denver, if you did not purchase your RV from a dealer that sells Nucamp (which are very few in the Denver area) they won't even talk to you). I purchased from a private party. My question is--any information or suggestions on how I go about getting a RV "inspector" to even get an estimate that has knowledge about what costs would be involved? The entire roof line from front to back is dented so it has now lost value. I am kind of annoyed with my agent needless to say and will be getting back with him for some more assistance, because I don't even know where to start--I thought customer service is part of what I'm paying all this insurance for (snarkasm).

It did take a couple weeks to get a formal quote last summer. They also copied my insurance adjuster. Then they answered a follow up call from the adjuster after which I was paid based on their entire estimate as written. They were very supportive.
I will ask my service tech if he sent his request for prices on parts/materials to the service@nucamprv.com e-mail address.

A local adjuster was sent by our insurance company to look at our trailer. NuCamps estimate arrived and then the settlement offer was adjusted up to include the details and costs left off the first estimate. NuCamp did not even ask for pictures.
