Tab 320s Gray Tank Leaking b/n tank and floor

Noticed a leak when tank is 2/3s full.  Bayliss or Scott G. I saw some posts on this topic.  Any thoughts on how to repair? Or get access to gray tank drain inputs?

@RogerY, I have never had to deal with repairing a leak from (in the area of, or the connection to) the gray water tank.  There have been previous posts of leaks at the connection between the shower drain pipe and the tank, which may be what you are dealing with.

Looking at your photos, I cannot tell if there is a single leak from the area above the tank, or if the front drain pipe connection is also leaking.  As far as you can tell, is it only coming from the top area of the tank?  If so, then it most likely is a break below the shower drain.  If the tank has a crack, that will be a bigger issue, likely requiring replacement of the tank.

What year is your T@B 320?

Regarding the shower drain connection, take a look at these discussions:

Thank you Bayliss. It’s likely the shower drain but will confirm later today.  It’s a 2020 320.  I’ll take a look at the links you.  Grateful thanks.

Using a cheap endoscope with HD camera. I wedged in between the tank and floor while under the camper placing it next to the shower drain/tank interface. Clearly see that the pipe is separated from the tank.  Now the repair can begin. Wish me luck!

Good luck! @RogerY.  At least you have an idea of what lies ahead, so that should help.  Let us know how it works out for you.  Post any helpful photos you think might assist others that encounter the same issue in the future.

Here’s the update of the repair. It turns out I had 3 broken pipe fittings - two of which were connected to the gray tank including the black tank vent.  If curious about the repair. Here are images.

Its beginning to look like a recurring issue with broken fittings into the grey tank. Looks like the repair with a flexible connector piece is the best repair. I suspect that a rigid ABS/PVC attachment is under too much stress when running down our increasingly rough roads. Maybe a thought for Nucamp to attach with a flexible fitting to absorb the strain of road bounce.
