Julie's Cafe in Fish Creek is great and prices are very reasonable, my wife likes it a lot, because they serve breakfast all day. Not a fancy interior, but food is good.
SweetlyHome - Saw that pic and without reading the caption thought it was a COE outside Yankton, SD - Almost identical scene. Love COE campgrounds. Almost always have nice facilities.
Our first trip together. To MBOTMA Kickoff at Richmond MN. (I did get my first trip in last summer to main bluegrass festival last August). Rained off and on all day yesterday. The TAB was a welcome refuge when needed. Sunny today

Woke up Friday morning and decided to drive up the hill to Little Molas Lake north of Durango Colorado. Unfortunately Little Molas is still closed due to mud snow. Went to Molas Lake instead.
Also saw a grey T@b and a cranberry red 4Runner on top of Molas Pass on our way home. Swung on in to say hello. Mary "what's her toes?" is a new owner from Texas. Welcome. She was having brake controller issues. Her trailer brakes locked up pulling into Molas Pass lookout. I got the controller to reset but the manual override was full strength. I recommend for her to buy a better controller. She was headed up and over Red Mountain Pass not knowing what she was headed for. Another gentlemen from Texas and familiar with trailer brakes also stopped and was going to follow her north into Silverton to make sure everything was ok. I was headed south.
I am in front. Mary "what's her toes?" is back. My Wife, Laura, left petting her dog.

Smith and Morehouse Campground, Wasatch Cache National Forest. Sometime, the best camping spots are close to home. This beautiful spot is 36 miles from home.
First stop of my trip, an overnight at the KOA in Wapakoneta. Seems like a nice campground. Visiting the Armstrong Air and Space Museum tomorrow morning before moving on the Indiana Beach.
Cyclonic's post reminded me of this and had to post. Sometimes you just have to do the KOA for that quick stop and be T@B strong amongst the crowd. In Cartersville GA
Day two brings me to Indiana Beach Campground. This is an older campground that has seen better days, but it is not too bad. Sites are tight, but there is no one here, so it is very quiet this evening, a good thing after soaking up too much sun in the park.
Night three is at the Crossroads RV Park in Mt Pleasant, Iowa. More setup this time as I was here early in the afternoon and it was hot.
There is a campground in town I would have loved to stay at, but needed WiFi so I could get some work down, so I am here instead. A very nice place, not much to it, but very modern, clean facilities, and WiFi is very good.
Tonight I am at Adventureland Campground, next to, well, Adventureland in Des Moines. I'll be here for a couple of nights. Can't wait for the neighbors to return.

West Point Lake (Reservoir), Holiday Campground a COE facility LaGrange Ga. Week before the holiday weekend. Still cool enough to be really pleasant.
