Where to go in the west in late October/November?

    Don't forget photomom and her leg and then me and my toes. I had an emergency doc appt yesterday because I knocked that stupid pin. OW! I'm still going camping on the 23rd!!!! Yay for an electric jack!

    We're in the same boat.

    We are traveling from So Cal to Yellow Stone and back. Big thing I noticed right away is that a lot places close by November. So far here's the places we're thinking of hitting.

    Zion (Springdale Campground), Bryce (Arches Campground), Moraine Park, YellowStone Mammoth Hot Springs (Open year round);

    On the return route -> Dinosaur National Monument, and then finally Grand Canyon Mather Campground. 

    All of this is in November and from what I've read, weather can be a little tricky in some of these areas.

    @heavyarms117 That sounds like an amazing camping run!!! I love Zion and Bryce. Dinosaur NM is a fabbo place too. They all are. Safe travels!
