Great!  Am I the first one to post in the new - "uCamp Rally - News and Information” category?

I am all set to go..  We were wondering if we leave now, we should be able to pick the best campsight.  Right?  You gonna be there Sharon?

We’ll be there!  You are the first post under the new category - the thread was already in progress.  Just a little competitive there @TerryV6😉. I already called dibs on the best campsite...wherever that is!

We was unable to register that day and wasn't aware of a wait-list. Dang. I put us on it, but I don't expect good news.

You never know! Nücamp was trying to work with Sugarcreek to see if new sites could be created before üCamp. I believe nüCamp added more sites a couple of years back on their own dime.

I have requested to be put on the waiting list for a spot at the uCamp Rally site. Will there be some kind of notification if/when there are cancellations, or, do I need to call Winklepleck Grove  and bug them on a regular basis.

In the interim I have booked a slot at "Timbercrest" 
FYI... there is a one night cancelation fee at Timbercrest.

You will be notified by the üCamp group. Winklepleck is city owned and does not have anything to do with the event. Please don’t bug the nice employees of the city. 

Join the üCamp group on Facebook and read the previous comments so you will know how the process goes.

@BogieMeister We're in the same boat. On the waiting list, but booked into Timbercrest. I suspect that Timbercrest will be filled with others going to the event. I'll sacrifice one night's fee to stay at the event. I don't expect to be called, though, because I registered on March 1.

is there an itinerary posted somewhere? where do you go to check in? where is the boondocking area??

nuCamp has not released the itinerary for the week just yet.  It will be emailed closer to June.

For anyone going for the first time, Allison is very good at make sure that there are folks there to greet you as you come in and help you find your site. So no worries - it all goes smoothly.
